Take a picture, or film it. New York has so many amazing textures, and each neighborhood has a vernacular of its own urban fabric.
Many neighborhoods in New York are changing, so it can become harder to find really authentic details. Take as many as you can find and post them on Instagram, tag them with the project name, your name and #parsonstypesafari
I always wanted to come back to the moment when I first came to New York. It’s like watching a great movie for the first time, which can also be confusing and scary, but for the most part, it’s discovering something incredible.
